2. Both the feeding and tilting axes can be selected and set from 1 to 8 speeds by computer according to the actual workpiece conditions. The bending shaft adjusts the matching speed through the pressure regulating valve.
3. The electric control system adopts well-known brand controllers and super large PLC, with strong performance and good stability.
4. Equipped with a 10.4″ color touch screen, man-machine dialogue operation, easy to understand. All bending data can be input through the touch screen.
5. The text displayed on the screen is equipped with Chinese and English, which can be switched and selected. If necessary, other national languages can be ordered.
6. Each pipe can be set with 32 bends (or selected by the user), and the memory capacity can store 330 sets (or 125 sets) of bend pipe data.
7. After the data editing is completed, there is a key lock function to prevent the data from being modified arbitrarily.
8. With power-off memory function, the data can be stored permanently.
9. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes can be set. During the bending test, you can choose to manually decompose the action, observe the interference point, and modify the action.
10. Each bend can be set to move simultaneously or not for feeding, bending back, and tube rotation, so as to avoid interference points and improve production efficiency. There are eight ways to choose from: ①feed→backbending→tilting;②(feeding+bending)→tilting;③(feeding+bending+tilting);④feeding→tilting→backbending; ⑤( Feeding + tilting) → bending back; ⑥ bending back → feeding → tilting; ⑦ tilting → bending back → feeding; ⑧ bending back → (feeding + tilting).
11. Each bend can set the rebound compensation value and demoulding clearance due to the change of material.
12. There are two feeding methods: direct feeding and pinch feeding. When the core is not pierced, the pinch feeding method can be selected, and the material can be fed repeatedly, and the length of the workpiece is not limited.
13. The settings of the waiting position, safety position, wheel mold interference position, and guide mode interference position can all be fine-tuned. The computer has the function of automatically memorizing the position, eliminating human-made measurement errors and machine collision failures, and there are front and rear limits. The shutdown function is a double safety insurance.
14. When the direct delivery method is selected, it has the function of measuring the bending and stretching ratio of the pipe fittings, which is convenient for calculating the actual length of the pipe fittings.
15. It has counting function for workpieces.
16. It has the function of returning to zero on two axes at the same time, just press the button. There is no need to reset the two axes to zero separately, which saves time and is accurate.
17. It has the function of automatically detecting errors or machine failures, and displays them on the screen, which is convenient for the operator to eliminate.
